Our favorite mistake, this sauce came about when a supplier sent us jalapeno seeds, mislabeled as white habanero. So what do you do with unintended jalapenos? Smoke them and make chipotles, of course! Blending smoked ripe jalapenos with traditional barbecue elements like tomato, brown sugar and vinegar, Smokestack nicely complements anything grilled, especially over charcoal. Add a few tablespoons to chili or beef stew for a kick that's not overpowering. Heat Rating: About a 4.5 on a 1-10 scale.
