A fruity take on the original recipe. This variety blends mango and papaya into a carrot and onion base, replaces the red habaneros with large, potent chocolates, and ditches the vinegar in favor of an all-fruit-juice base for a naturally sweet (no sugar added!), powerfully hot concoction. We use it a lot at home mixed with yogurt or mayonnaise for a spicy dip, and its bright citrus flavor makes it a natural addition to fish and poultry marinades. Heat Rating: a good bit hotter than the Original Recipe, clocking in at a 7-8 on a scale of 1-10.
